How do I sort photos by month?

In Photo Cleaner, choose a month from the home screen. Swipe up to keep a photo and down to mark it for removal. Use “To remove” to review and confirm your deletions.

Does Photo Cleaner upload my photos?

No. Your photo library and sorting records are processed locally. Sharing a photo is your choice and sends only the selected photo to the app you pick. Advertising services handle some device data separately; read the Photo Cleaner privacy policy for details.

Can I undo a deletion?

You can undo a sorting swipe or keep a marked photo before confirming deletion. After a photo is deleted, Photo Cleaner cannot restore it. Check your photo provider’s backup or trash options, if available.

How do I change photo permissions?

Open Android Settings → Apps → Photo Cleaner → Permissions. Depending on your Android version, you can grant access to all photos, selected photos, or none.

Where are advertising privacy choices?

In Photo Cleaner, open Settings and look for “Ad privacy choices” when that option is required and available. You can also manage your advertising ID through Android settings.

Photo Cleaner records

No Photo Cleaner account is required. “Reset review progress” clears sorting decisions. To remove all local app data, use Android’s app storage settings or uninstall the app. This does not restore photos already deleted.
